This is just a heading

I want a way to have a full width image on 100% width that looks like the one at the top of the page but that has ALT text.

I have made the one underneath that is an image container and uses the text from the below container.

How do I make the image full width please?

Also it would be nice to have 45% black background on the image but we can live without it.

Have tried different sized images.

(Also need the image to go to the top of the page – so no white space there)
