Estella was trained by Colombia’s celebrity chef Donjuán, and her passion is cooking vegetarian food. Her menu is strictly seasonal, meaning she only works with what’s available and freshest that day. This is real farm-to-table food. At Amarla, we gather our produce in the most ethical way, buying direct from local farmers whenever possible. Together, you will prepare some delicious dishes and, of course, get to savor the result.
